Single spring seals & multiple spring seals design with hydraulically balanced seal ring to suit high-pressure application. It's design permits to use in Water pumps, Centrifugal pumps, Circulation pump For Central heating system, Chemical process pumps, Petrochemicals & Petroleum Refinery, Light hydrocarbons & Food Process unit etc.

Single Spring Seal :
Different type of single spring Seal are developed for various use in Water pump, Submersible pumps, Sewage pumps. Single spring Seal designed permit for Water, Oil & Light duties.

Application : Water Pump, Submersible Pump, and Sewage Pump & Chemical Process Pump.
Metal Parts : AISI - 316.
Face Materials : Cast Chrome steel. Carbon, Ceramic, TC. SC.
Shaft Diameter : 10mm to 80mm
Pressure : 10 bar.
Temperature : - 20ºC + 180 ºC.



Multiple Spring Seal :
Different types of multiple spring seal developed for universal use. Their compact design permits their use in all types of centrifugal pumps. It is suitable for low and high Temperature and easy replacement of all Parts.

Application : Petrochemicals, Petroleum Refinery, General chemicals. Light Hydrocarbons.
Metal Parts : AISI - 316, Monel.
Face Materials : Carbon, and Ceramic (99.5%), Silicon Carbide, Tungsten Carbide.
Shaft Diameter : 14mm to 100mm.
Pressure : 10 bars.
Temperature : - 50ºC + 250 ºC



Metal Bellows Seal :
Metal Bellow seals are designed for greater dependability and moderate pressure application. Bellows Shaft Couplings for miniature torque transmission provides a content velocity drive allowing for angular and lateral shaft misalignment.

Application : Refrigeration Compressor.
Metal Parts : Brass, Phosphorus Bronze, and
Stainless Steel 321.
Face Materials : Gunmetal, Bronze, Cast Iron,
Carbon, and Ceramic.
Shaft Diameter : 16mm to 80mm.
Pressure : 10 bar.
Temperature : - 20 ºC + 180 ºC.




Rubber Bellows Seal :
Different type of single spring Rubber bellows Seals are developed for various use in Centrifugal pumps & Refrigeration compressors. Rubber bellows Seals designed permit for Water, Oil, and Refrigerants.

Application :Centrifugal Pumps, Refrigeration
Compressor.
Metal Parts :Carbon steel.
Secondary Seal : Elastomer Bellow.
Face Materials : Carbon, Ceramic, Silicon Carbide, and Tungsten Carbide.
Shaft Diameter : 25.4mm, 38.1mm and 50.8mm.
Pressure : 10 bar.
Temperature : - 20ºC + 240 ºC.




PTFE Bellows Seal :
Different type of PTFE Seal made for extremely corrosive services. All contact parts and made of PTFE or ceramic and the seals are equipped to handle acids and basic fluids. It is replaceable face seal. Faces can be silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, carbon and glass filled PTFE (GFT) and Ceramic. All wet parts and nonmetallic.The stationery face is clamped type-high purity Ceramic. It is externally fitted Seal.

Application : highly corrosive liquid, Liquid with solid particuer.
Metal Parts : PTFE, Ceramic.
Secondary Seal : Elastomer Bellow.
Face Materials :Silicon carbide, Tungsten carbide, Carbon and glass filled PTFE (GFT) and Ceramic.
Shaft Diameter : 18mm to 100mm.
Pressure : 150 PSI.
Temperature : Upto 90ºC.
